At Galileo we keep it simple and tasty. We are trying to give you a feeling of being on holidays in a mediterranean atmosphere with our fast and friendly service contributing to the charm.
We are long established in Cahir and Clonmel.
2011 sees the opening of our third venue in Mitchelstown. Our intention to get closer to our customers in this area of county Cork.
With its open-plan design Galileo Café offers a unique ambience with the emphasis on value, quality and the great interaction with our customers.
We have always believed in “word of mouth” and not in expensive publicity. We prefer to use the money to promote the business through supporting and sponsoring local sport teams.
We at Galileo always offer a warm welcome. We love to hear when we are good, but equally want to hear when it did not go to plan or something was not to your liking. This is the only way to reach a mutual, happy and conclusive satisfaction.

There is no service charge for big tables. a minimum charge of €15.00 per adult on week-end evenings (FRIDAY – SUNDAY) WILL APPLY, DUE TO IT BEING OUR BUSIEST TIME . gratuities (TIPS) remain at your own discretion.
